La Malagueta Tour, the cultural and tourism project developed in the Plaza de Toros de La Malagueta, has been recognized with the Award for Best Tourism Initiative in the Tourism Awards City of Malaga 2026, awarded by the City of Malaga.
This award represents an important institutional support to an experience that, in just over a year since its inauguration, has established itself as one of the most original and attractive cultural proposals in Malaga.

La Malagueta Tour opened its doors in March 2025 as a tourist and cultural experience promoted by the Provincial Council of Malaga. Since then, the space has offered locals and visitors a different way to learn about the history, architecture and cultural dimension of this monument.
The visit allows visitors to tour the usually unknown areas of the bullring, discover historical exhibits, enjoy immersive content and approach the bullfighting heritage from a current, informative and accessible perspective for all audiences.
